Frequently Asked Questions

How is it possible that guests do not download anything?

They scan the code and the camera opens straight away. No account, no install, nothing to learn.

Is this just a filter?

No. A filter changes colour. These change the frame, the focus, the falloff, and the grain, because they are built from measured cameras and emulsions.

Can I use photos from my library?

No. Ten thousand photos of your lunch are not part of this. Every photo is taken in the moment, through the camera you chose.

When do we see the photos?

When you decide: as they are taken, when shooting ends, a few hours after, or at a moment you choose. The reveal is the same moment for everyone.

What if my guests do not use it?

That is the real risk with every app like this, ours included. It is why guests need no account and no download, and why you get a code to put on the tables.

Who can see the photos?

While the film is sealed, each guest sees only their own shots. It opens for everyone at the same moment, and only you decide when.
